Sally Schwarze, NP
Sally joined Northeast Pain Management in 2004. She worked for Northeast Pain Management for 10 years. She then decided to pursue other interests for a couple of years including working as an Orthopedic First Assist Nurse Practitioner at EMMC Orthopedic Associates and then as a family nurse practitioner in Sitka which is an island in Southeast Alaska. She returned to Northeast Pain Management in April 2016. She has 16 years experience in the adult ICU and pediatric ICU at Easter Maine Medical Center prior to earning her master’s degree from Husson University in 2004. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner’s Association. Her mother and grandmother suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and had chronic pain which led her to seek a career in the field pain management. She enjoys teaching patients and their families about their acute and chronic pain problems and varied interventional treatment options.
