Dr. Borkum is a licensed psychologist with fifteen years of experience in the treatment of pain and headaches. His peer-reviewed book on the subject has been published by Erlbaum/Taylor and Francis. Dr. Borkum is a faculty associate at the University of Maine, and teaches the unit on pain in a postdoctoral program at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology in Boston. He earned his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with distinction, from the University of Maine.
